I have created systems that scale across regions, led data enablement work, and taken a product from its core architecture to full development team leadership. These examples show what I contributed and where that experience is relevant.
The work, the result, and the decisions behind it.
Each example describes my contribution, the observed result, and the decisions that experience can inform. The scope is relevant to both engineering leadership and focused advisory work.
01Current role · Life360
A cross-region system built for scale and regional failure.
I created a system that routinely scales from 10–20 servers to more than 2,000 and serves millions of requests per second at peak. It remained functional during a recent AWS regional outage.
My contribution
System creation and cross-region design.
Observed evidence
10–20 to 2,000+ servers; millions of requests per second at peak; continuity during a regional outage.
Decision relevance
Decisions about failure domains, regional continuity, elastic capacity, and the recovery paths that must remain available.
Boundary
These figures describe the operating behavior of a system I created. They are not advisory-client results or a guarantee that another system will behave the same way.
02Remote care · Myia Health
From the core system to full-team technical leadership.
I created the core system for a remote-care platform and later led the full development team as the platform reached 5,000 daily active patients.
My contribution
Core-system creation and leadership of the full development team.
Observed evidence
The platform reached 5,000 daily active patients.
Decision relevance
Decisions where architecture, team ownership, and operating scale must be considered together.
Boundary
The adoption figure is a platform result. I do not present it as an outcome produced by me alone or as proof from a paid advisory engagement.
03Company building · Cyber Labs
Technical judgment carried through delivery and client work.
I co-founded and co-owned a software engineering company delivering web, mobile, data, AI, and cloud systems. My scope covered technical strategy, architecture, delivery, team leadership, and client relationships.
My contribution
Company building, technical direction, delivery leadership, and translation of business needs into buildable systems.
Observed evidence
The scope is confirmed. No client names, confidential work, or unsupported commercial results are used here.
Decision relevance
Decisions where architecture, delivery capacity, commercial commitments, and client needs must be reconciled.
Boundary
This establishes operating and client-facing range. It is not a public client case study, endorsement, or revenue claim.
P03 Operating range
Architecture is only useful when it survives the business around it.
My perspective is shaped by technical systems, operating models, economics, delivery, and financial constraints. I use that range to find the decision behind the visible technology problem.
01
Data enablement
At Life360, I lead work focused on making trusted data easier to discover, understand, and use. The scope includes platform capability, governance, developer experience, and operating model.
02
Economic reasoning
I taught industrial economics to more than 200 students over five academic years, including market structure, competition, pricing, innovation, supply chains, and consumer behavior.
03
Financial leadership
As a Financial Director, I managed budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial control while connecting commercial decisions, project delivery, and financial constraints.
P04 Professional conversations
Engineering leadership and senior technical opportunities.
